AI-assisted processing
molte.ai uses artificial intelligence to assist with candidate evaluation, ranking, and text analysis. AI-generated outputs are provided as decision support and should always be reviewed by a human. molte.ai does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated assessments, and users are responsible for final hiring decisions. AI processing of candidate data requires explicit consent from the candidate at the time of application.

Employer responsibility
Employers using molte.ai are responsible for ensuring that the processing of candidate data complies with applicable data protection legislation, including having a valid legal basis and providing candidates with the required information about the processing.

We strive for high availability of molte.ai, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen events may cause temporary interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to molte.ai if you breach these terms, in case of non-payment, or in the event of other material default. Upon termination of a customer relationship, data will be handled in accordance with the data processing agreement and the privacy policy, including deletion or return of data.
Limitation of liability
molte.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The service provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or hiring decisions based on AI-assisted evaluations.
