Founder
PhD from NTNU with 17 years of experience in data science, AI, and research leadership at SINTEF and Morescope. Ulf combines deep technical expertise with a passion for fair, data-driven hiring.
Kjell Strøm
Co-founder
Over 30 years in recruitment and executive search, including leadership roles at Experis. Founder of Fair Assess, Kjell bridges traditional talent assessment with modern AI-powered recruitment.
Roald Brekkhus
Co-founder
Serial entrepreneur and investor with an executive degree from NTNU, NHH, and UC Berkeley. Co-founded PSWinCom (exited) and brings decades of venture and scaling experience to Molte.
Louise Korsbæk Sondrup
Co-founder
Strategic startup advisor and interim leader with international experience across eight countries. Founder of Innagic and mentor at Innovation Norway, Louise helps companies grow sustainably.
